To be able to book a flight, a forced membership in their customer programme needed. Their phone service is an AI tape with request to call later "in a few days".

I purchased a ticket without an account. The email was hidden during purchase and I did not receive a confirmation email. I can provide payment details

They should have helped me to get in touch with Ryanair so I could check in. Now I had to check in at the airport and pay 440PLN, it is not ok.

They just helped me to go through digitaly, which I already had done, and I told them it did not work. So in fact I did not get any help.

No help at all. In my confirmation email from Travellink it is stated:"We have included all charges provided to us by the property." They're not.

The custumer services just repeated itself over and over again. Put me on hold several times, one time for over 9 minutes.

I requested an email from them with the topics I brought to them. 24h later I still have not recieved one.

I could not check in online, but they did not help help me, I had to check in at the airport and pay 440 PLN, I want that money back.
